Developer Ares Dragonis under the publisher name of Dragonis Games has announced the release date for its upcoming Lovecraftian horror game Eresys. Eresys is a co-op horror game inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft and it will be released on PC via Steam on April 20, 2023. Eresys is the latest horror game by Dragonis Games who are known for their previously released horror game The Shore.

Eresys is a co-op horror game where you and up to three other players can join you to explore the fears of the Lovecraftian Universe. The game features smart AI mechanics with horrifying entities that you will take down with the help of your friends. The game demands teamwork and concentration for survival as you explore beautiful yet haunting environments solo or as part of a team. An expelled cultist has opened a Void Portal on a far-off island and in the process, was killed along with the entire population of the island.
You step into the game as a cultist yourself and you along with your friends will need to send the entities back where they came from when it is done, finish the job by closing the portal as well. You will collect various useful items and resources while exploring the island and use them to complete the offers to the altars which will help you close the portal by pushing back the evil entities coming out from it. The enemy AI learns from your actions and tries its best to counter whatever you try to eliminate them.
An official Steam page of Eresys is now live and you can add the game to your wishlist right now if you are interested in playing the game when it comes out. Eresys will release on PC via Steam only. Additional details about the game will be revealed later as the game’s release gets closer.
